Even the bad can make good

So after having a terrible start to the summer. I have decided to focus on getting my ink work perfected to my style. 

With this I am going to be drawing small images based on my current theme : gender.  

Useing the media of ink pen (ball point) 

The style I'm going for will be dot work and simple shading but most of all line work.  

This is my first piece all done in black ball point pen on a simple sheet of white paper. 

Final outcome

I am happy with my final outcome because I decided to then make a book of all my illustration that I do based around gender. 

My theme has always been gender and the confusion of it. 

I think that gender is in the mind not the body and that's what I like to draw. 

I also say that I you see a breast of a penis it's in your imagination because these drawings don't have any 

For my book/zine I decided I wanted it to be pictures and pictures only so you can enjoy every page witouth having to read 

It makes it more plesent to the eyes. 

My illustrations I have used in this book are from a few years ago leading up to now 

So in the book/zine you can see how my style has changed. That's another thing I like about this book/zine 

I will definitely do another book or zine again 

My fashion poster

I denigned two posters to additive my brand 

I decided to make posters for if I was to do a show about my brand I would need to advitise and what better way then to make a big poster so every one can see 

My design ideas

For my pattern ideas for my fashion is going to be based around space, nature and the zebra animal print. 

I have chosen to look at these 3 because I feel like I could pull off somthing with nice patterns. 

I am also looking at doing a pattern that makes the imagine move like an illusion

I have decided to pick 3 different designers and illustrate one of there new apron collection.

I have chosen this piece from Versace 

I have also cig hoses this from prada 

And finally this none from Alexandra McQueen 

My final outcome for these illustrations I am very proud of I feel like I kept to my own style but still showed of the designers clothing 

Plagiarism

I liked the plagiarism Dissuction best because I learnt a lot about what you can use and what you can't. I never use other photos off the internet anyway but I'm the future I know the rules from this Dissuction. 

I did know a few parts of the Dissuction already but hearing it from other people confirms what you know.

The advice I have been given is to:

Give my work more meaning. I agree with this as most of my drawing are quick sketch book drawing that I do when bored. I have decided to give my work/drawings more meaning

Be my self. I got told to be myself and alway add bits of my self in to my work 

I already do this but with the advice I will do this more. I think it improves your work and skills a lot more. 

Be fabulous. I was told to be fabulous and enjoy my self more with less worry.
